Barbeque Nation is celebrating the soulful flavours of the Himalayas with The Himalayan Rasoiya, a limited-time chef pop-up in Pune curated by Chef Yojana Khanduri, founder of the concept and a native of Uttarakhand. Rooted in tradition and inspired by generations-old recipes, the pop-up offers an authentic introduction to Uttarakhandi cuisine—known for its simplicity, use of local produce, and deep cultural connection to the mountains.
The specially curated menu showcases regional favourites such as Bhaang Chicken, Pattudi, Mutton Chachapa, Lal Bhaat, Pahadi Kakdi Raita, and Jhangore ki Kheer, alongside vegetarian classics like Aloo ke Gutke, Chainsoo, and Methi Palak ki Jholi. Each dish reflects the rustic cooking techniques and distinctive flavours of the Himalayan region.
