Barbeque Nation presents Riwaayat-e-Kashmir, an exclusive chef-curated pop-up celebrating the rich culinary heritage of Kashmiri Pandit cuisine and the timeless traditions of Wazwan.
Curated by Chef Rajni Jinsi, this limited-time festival brings together authentic recipes, delicate flavours, and a deeply rooted cultural legacy in a thoughtfully crafted buffet experience.
Inspired by the valley’s traditional feasts, the menu unfolds with regional favourites and soulful classics. Guests can begin with delicacies like Nadur Monji and Kabarga, before indulging in signature mains such as Nadur Yakhni, Chaman Kaliya, Dum Aloo, Kashmiri Rajma with Gogji, Mutton Rogan Josh, Mats (Mutton Kofta), and Chicken Yakhni.
The experience is elevated with a sweet finale featuring indulgent desserts like Shufta and the aromatic Modur Pulao, capturing the essence of Kashmiri celebration and hospitality.
